Any one who have ever attended a motivational seminar, read a book about personal development will recognized the important of Goal Setting. Human by nature are goal oriented and with desire and will, most if not all will be able to achieve their goal. The important of Goal setting and having a strategic plan to achieve your goal cannot be more emphasized. When we talk about goal setting, inevitably, the SMART goal setting formula will take the center stage. The SMART simply means Specific. Measurable, Achievable, Reasonable and Time bound. Interestingly, Action was not mentioned as I talked about it in my post Can having Goal lead to Success?

Almost every one have goal, some wrote it down, some don’t. Some put into action and some waited for the Law of Attraction. to attract the goal to them . As I stumbled (actually I use a little tools from Google to let me know whenever there is some new blog post on goal setting or success articles.) across many blogs which share many excellent ideas and tips on goal setting, many of the blog advocating for the Law of Attraction. Don’t get me wrong, I am a firm believer of The Law of Attraction but believe even more that ACTION is the most IMPORTANT ingredient in Enrich your daily life to Success!

If Rhonda Byrne did not have the courage of putting up a team and flew to US to look for all the gurus, just by the Law of Attraction and sit in her house thinking, do you think all the gurus will fly to Australia to be interviewed by her?
