“Keep your eye on the ball.” And if you are wondering what this ball is all about, it is a strategy for success, a lesson from a golfer.
Life is just like playing Golf, there are just too many challenges, any time you loose sight on your ball (goal), you are out of the race. Well, as long as you did not loose sight of your birth right i.e. your success, you will get there soon. In actual fact, you can taste instant success if you wanted to. Not those instant gratification of material successes, but a deep understanding of one self and our birth right.
Most people tend to forget, the minute you were born into this world, you are already successful and destined for success. You beaten millions of competitors to reach the target first and endure 10 months of hardship in a little space before you were born into this world. You try very hard to mumbling your first word, fall up teen times to make your first step that warm the heart of many. And you are here reading to this post in the comfort of your home, or even better in Starbuck Cafe. Too often we take our successes for granted and loose sight of who we really are. Getting frustration ourselves on the things we don’t have; spiraled ourselves down to more frustrations and depression thus forgotten our birth right.
As in Golf, success is a journey, one game over, the next will start. How soon and how well you play depend very much on your readiness and mindset. Are you playing under the shadow of previous losses or the guidance of the perfect stroke that you had made during the previous game. It will be a new game but the same rules, the important thing here is what are you focusing on, the loosing of the game or the strokes of those few hole that made your competitors nervous?
Life is no difference, too many people focus on the things they do not have or achieve and believe that their life will amount to nothing. Some focus on those individual strokes that beaten their opponents and move forward. Stroke by stroke and eventual the game of life. Never loose sight of the ball! Success is your birth right, and if you do not know how successful you are as at today, it is high time you should chart your Life Map on what you have achieved so far, before you embark on the next journey of your Dream Board!
“Never dwell on what you have lost, only what you have left. Count your blessings. You will always have plenty. Your most prized possessions are your unexpired years.” Anonymous.
What is your focus in life for your unexpired life? The one game that you lost or the individual strokes that draw the attention of the crowd and yourself?

We can always relate golf and to life and business.
