After weeks of hard work, the wooden house was finally completed and the hunter was very happy to have completed it with his axe and the wood from the nearby forest. Now that he had a house of his own to shelter him from the scotching sun in summer and chilling wind in winter. No long after this, his house caught fire when he was out hunting, even thought the villager were trying to help putting off the fire, because of the strong wind the fuel the fire, the house was completely burnt down.
When the hunter came back, he frantically searching through the debris, the villagers were curious as to what valuable things the hunter can possibly have. After some searching, the hunter finally came out from the debris smiling; in his hand was his axe. The villagers were even more curious as to what possibly the axe can do. The hunter sense the doubt of his fellow villagers and said, “With this axe, I can rebuild my house again.” Pushing a piece of wood to replace the burnt handle of the axe and walk toward the forest and start cutting the tree to rebuild his house.
Success is not without failure, it is what you do after you fail.
If you asked a hundred persons about success and failure, ninety five of them will answer they wanted to be successful and reject failures, only a handful odds will welcome failures as their stamping stone and a test of life to make them stronger toward attaining true success.
They are many people who achieve “success’ with ease, an over night success so to speak. But many fall from grace as fast as their rise to stardom. The daily new has never short of such stories.
They are also many who achieve “Over Night” success but people fail to see the preparation and hard work they had put in. These people who quietly saw their seed of success by focusing on their goal, working one step at a time consistently regardless of what others feel or said about the things they were doing. Overcome challenges, raise each time they fall and go head on to work again. These people knew very well the power of persistency and perseverance. When they succeed, others saw them as an “Over Night” success without seeing the hard work they had put in over the years.
The world is full of people who have Goal and Dream, but the one who succeed are those who work toward attaining their goal.
“If people knew how hard I worked to acquire this talent, they would no longer be surprised.” Michelangelo.
